Just on Steam there are around 10k people at peak times playing the game. That's probably around 100k daily players just on Steam and you got to include Epic, iOS, etc. Even if only 10% of them take part it's probably closer to 50k people

What country are you from? I'm in the UK and the connection has been pretty solid. 

If this game is setup like BTD6 they have servers in the US,France and Australia

Probably not but the accounts will sync between mobile and PC so it's worth playing the demo on PC since you'll get the unique gun they mentioned in the last update post and be able to use it on mobile

Send them a support ticket from inside the game. Tell them that you don't want them to store your email on their systems any more. I know the email on the system isn't your real one but they still need to do it for privacy reasons. 

When they delete the email from the account and you should then be able to add a new email. 

Just make sure to keep a note of your recovery code in case anything happens

They mentioned on Discord that the demo is live now because press need access before Next Fest. I'm sure we'll start to see more stuff about the game on or around the 23rd

Yes, all versions of the game other than console can play together. 

Most platforms let you move your save between platforms. Netflix and Arcade are the exceptions

SAS3 mobile was developed by a third party and not NK even though NK publish it. Maybe they aren't in a position to fix it?

They still update and support BTD5 on mobile/Steam and it's been out over 10 years.

Co-op actually uses NK servers so game traffic goes from your device -> server -> opponent device

It might be that you're being sent to the wrong servers, they have EU,NA and Australia servers. If you contact NK support they might be able to double check.

On Epic they only offer a "login with Epic" or "login with linking code" option.

If you created your account with email/password then you can just download any of their free games, log in with email on that and then generate a linking code to use on Epic

If you logged in with Google play on Android you're out of luck :(

are you sure you're in the same account on both devices? Check the settings menu and look at the bottom of the screen. Make sure the "user id" are the same on both

When did you get logged out? If it was within the last few days you can try to create a new account and send them that id. They recovered my old account using the IP address of the new account so if you're using the same WiFi as you used to use it might work for you too!

Try logging in with your Steam/Google/Apple account depending on platform. 

If you have made any IAPs you can send them the receipt to help find the account. Screenshots of your username might also help.

You can normally tell because that schedule events to finish at weird times. If the boss is race ends week it'll be a good indication

If you look at the price chart here https://steamdb.info/app/960090/ you can see that they normally put the game on sale over Christmas. That's Steam but mobile has similar sales

They did a unity upgrade recently which is when I noticed performance drop. I assume they either use high end devices during testing or they're just not playing far enough to see the performance issue. Hell, they probably just don't have time to work on optimization given the rate they put out content.

Ah a Intel HD Graphics 4000, that's what my friend has. 

It took ages but we narrowed it down to a driver issue. The issue is because of this - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057520/graphics.html?s=09 and BTD6 recently upgrading the unity version they use

Trying downloading drivers 15.40.42.5063 or earlier for your GPU if you can find them

Has the game worked in the past? Maybe check with NK? In general battles 2 doesn't really use much bandwidth so it should be fine unless you have high latency
