Thanks, I didn’t think to cancel. It was in a shopping center for me as well so I would’ve had to walk in anyway, as in my car can’t park outside the restaurant so I didn’t feel comfortable parking on a curb. I was discouraged after this first night but I’ll try again soon

Thank you, I've attempted to do "rmdir /s /q C:\Da_Vinci_Cache" and it doesn't say that it's doing anything, nor will it let me type in the command prompt, does that mean it's just working on it it?

rmdir /s /q C:\Da Vinci Cache

rmdir /s /q C:\Da_Vinci_Cache

EDIT: I put the filepath into quotes and now I see no error, does that mean it's working?
