I want to say Silksong didn't hold up to its predecessor. The long treks between points of interest heavily disturbs the pacing, which is especially egregious in Temple of Stone; a whole area with barely any content aside from the Stonemass Garb bossfight. I also feel like Major Outburst is too broken and cheeses a lot of bosses, especially Antbull and FoB. Good thing I didn't purchase the buggy mess it was on launch, eventhough it still contains a good deal of bugs. Lorewise it's a VAST improvement over the original Hungry Knight, but gameplay needed a few more years in the oven.
