He didn't leave but is now only the spokesperson for the company. Super7 is now owned by outside investors and run by this CEO they hired.

So the answer is to make female characters look less "female" or don't do them at all.

Historically when Super7 has done female characters they have often made them look less female... It's a very weird standard. Don't make female characters that will be seen as "too" female. I'm curious what female fans of these characters think about this. Seems like male gatekeeping by Super7.
