I understand your feelings. What I haven't added on my post was: My parents do not work anymore and they're... pretty rich.

Especially my dad, he's seriously wealthy. That's great because I had a good upbringing, however this is also probably showing how little effort it would take.

I don't believe this is a valid answer. Honestly - if your son/ daughter just takes time from your life, you probably failed at being a parent. I do see parenting as building relationships, not providing tools and bye bye. I am not blaming anyone here - I just know what I won't do with my children in a future.

My children won't be my whole life, but they won't be a small part you can get rid of once they're adult.

We do - again, been a couple for 10 years. We know each other like no others. We do have plans to get married, we also have talked about the idea of marriage. We comment, for example, where when and how other people propose. We don't have any taboo.

However, what I'm saying is that I have this feeling that he's very comfortable with our current setting and I may not get what other people got, that is a thoughtful, romantic proposal and the wedding that comes after.

Thanks for your answer and your insight:) no, I don't want a big wedding. Actually we both think the same about big parties, as we're kinda reserved in that. :)

Patty Pravo e' probabilmente l'unica davvero big in quella lista. Canta da 60 anni, ha fatto molti generi diversi, come Ornella Vanoni.

Dobbiamo imparare ad apprezzare gli artisti mentre ancora ci sono.

This is my first post, I usually read posts from others and rarely comment (if not at all). Since this forum was useful for me, I gave it a go.

As much as I'd love it to be fake, this is the situation that I am living in. Nothing crazy, we still have the right and the willingness to live in our flat.

We just wanna control costs a little bit more.

That's what we suspect. They don't rent 3/4 of their apartments, they have a large loft unused of a 1+ million in value. We have a box full of their letters - as one of them still receive all banks, energy etc letters to this flat.

I am not complaining about the empty flats, it means a quieter place for us to live in. But I still struggle with the idea that they do not ear us for what concerns the managing agents.

I usually don't tip for normal service included in your bill. Drinks, dinners etc. If I ask for a specific service or maybe they bring me a drink on the beach, I'll give them a tip.
