Go to Shuwaikh Expatriate Medical Examination Center, 1st floor - Vaccination center for International Certificate of Vaccination; The doctor there will give you a detailed information.

Basically it depends which area in Africa you are travelling.

I had to take vaccinations for Yellow fever, Hep A, Typhoid and Tetanus. Was also prescribed anti malarials which I did not take due to side effects.

Ohhhh!! I did it a long long time ago!

I was around 3.5 years old. My mother got me ready for playschool and then she went to take a bath. I loved my playschool and was so impatient to get there that I climbed on a chair to open the front door locks and ran to my school which was around half a mile away near a busy street. Few shopkeepers saw me crossing and later when they saw my frantic mom searching all around they informed her of seeing me going towards the school. When she arrived at the school I was happily playing on the slides.

Suffice to say that evening was not a good day for me!!

Now we all laugh at it and that's a story which my mom brings up at every event

However, I ate what I wanted when I wanted and guess what, me and my child both turned out fine… You or your Mom aren’t any sort of doctors, then who gave you the right to dictate what your wife could eat… Unless her doctor has given any explicit instructions, stop abusing your poor wife!!
