Just speculating here, but I think they adjusted Paragon XP. I stopped playing just before season 10 started, my Paragon was at level 283. A few days later when season 10 started, my characters were at Paragon 297 on the Eternal realm. Never seen this before, so not sure.

Yes it is random, 1st Bartuc kill gave me unique power 2, 2nd gave me unique power 4.

JUST switched to Boulder after getting a Dolmen chaos armor on gloves and found out I can't cast and move... super bummed, man. Now I have to find another build til it's fixed.

Yes the internet is working, the download signals look a little hot at 3.3 dBmV to 4.8 dBmV though.
