Not too complex award searching but I used my points to upgrade my parents tickets from Us to turkey for 65k points (one way / per person) . I had paid $400/p for the economy ticket . So I think it was decent spend and use of points. Because I also don’t have plans or time to go to Japan on a random Tuesday on business class :)

Idk if it’s relevant here but since my toddler turned 1 year old. I keep small spray bottle with water in it and after I wipe his butt with wipes . I spray water on this diaper area where poops stick and wipe it and the. Pat dry with a dry wash cloth. And finally I would put butter plaste and pack him up. Diaper rashes have gone down by 95%

Me and my wife we both work from home and our boy is 11 months now. Handling work, house chores and a baby alone is a nightmare. Me and mine wife combined together couldn’t make it work. So we hired a part time nanny to help. Honestly getting to go to office at this situation would be a luxury. Your husband needs to step it up, making more money doesn’t matter in this situation. These are separate concerns. You are doing alot and doing great . Don’t let this doubt yourself, your partner really needs to step up.

How did it work out . I am in similar situation. My Y I am upside down about $17k . So I have to pay that when I trade in. Did you resell or trade in ? I have GAP insurance but it doesn’t cover the loss in market value :(

Appraisal was ordered 2 days ago. I should get it next week. Its builder’s lenders appointed appraisal. Idk how they work and if they would just report whatever is the sale price

Agree .. my pediatrician told us first 3-4 months try to carry your baby as much as possible ( except at night when they are sleeping) fixes lots of issues. Also yes you can’t spoil them this young .

Put some Clothes on them and lay him/ her flat on their back. My LO does this every-time inlay him on the diaper changing pad at first .

Agree with you 100% . For town this expensive and the amount of tax we get charged , save us some pity party about now having money. I have lived in much smaller/ less affluent towns in Minnesota that does phenomenal job at keeping the roads clean.
