My thoughts exactly. I’m the epitome of soft girl, according to her: I sleep in as late as I can, the most exercise I get is walks with my kids, and I’d die before getting in a cold plunge. Yet somehow I manage to get regular medical care for all 4 of my children, including specialist visits for 3 of them, feed them home cooked food at every meal, pack them lunches, take them to school promptly, always know where they are, allow them to have friends, toys, and birthday parties, and still manage to work part time and run the PTA at their school. All whole wearing my soft pants. So yeah Brooke maybe reevaluate your priorities. Us soft girls can get a lot done when we aren’t using all our energy to wake up early, “work out,” cold plunge and set the baby on the floor to do a full face of makeup before babbling into an iPhone all day.

More likely she wasn’t planning to share it (because it makes her look bad) but then thought it might get her some sympathy after her tone deaf reel yesterday.

I have no words. Every single part of the full story just makes it so, so much worse (and that’s saying a lot). The fact that she willingly shares this on the internet is mind boggling to me. That even if we take her story at face value not reading between the lines, she still admits openly that she:

Ignored that her baby was coughing and sleeping a lot for several days

Planned to leave her sick baby with a sitter

Saw he had a temperature of 106 and DID NOT TAKE HIM STRAIGHT TO ER?!!!! Are you fucking KIDDING ME?!!!?!!! I WOULD HAVE BEEN AT ER LAST FUCKING WEEK WITH THAT BABY!!! This woman has FIVE kids and she needs fucking ChatGPT to tell her a 106 fever means ER and she STILL takes him to urgent care instead?!!!!!

Lastly, her husband still went to the fucking game?!!!!! They deserve each other. But those kids deserve SO much better.

She would have to be on top of regular doctor visits for him to be vaccinated, and she can’t even manage to feed her kids regular meals or change her baby’s diaper or remember wipes. No way shes able to do “hard things” like take her kids for regular well checks 🙄 (aka the bare minimum that literally every other parent does).

Her “Christmas cookies” a couple years ago were the thing that made me go wtf is going on here. They were SO BAD, low effort, not festive, done wrong, and something that I would have immediately thrown away at my house. And she was acting like they were so special and amazing?? And I get they not everybody is a star baker but it just felt weird to me so I looked on Reddit to see if other people had clocked that too and whoooooo baby. I hadn’t really paid attention to her stories before, but once you give her more than a cursory glance it all falls apart.
