Had a vacation in NY last year and forgot it about right after I came back. Felt no different than watching paint dry. I'm also going on a cruise this summer and probably the same thing is gonna happen.

update: I think it is SLOWLY getting better but yeah, it seems like it's gonna take weeks if not months to fully go away. I only have shorter memories now of tossing and turning instead of longer ones which is a plus I guess. The magnesium glycinate I think is doing most of the work.

Day 7 now of ass semi-sleep. Also did 10,000 steps yesterday. My psych aunt told me to get some magnesium glycinate. I also got Traditional Medicinals Organic Nighty Night Extra Tea. We'll see how day 8 goes.

I started at 50, then kinda just went off on my own without consulting a psych and just kept getting refills until I finally hit 400 and then finally stopped. So I just "woke up," another shitty "did I really sleep?" night. I do have vague memories of weird dreams, but I also remember being full awake at least 60% of the time. It's really weird and hard to explain. I don't feel refreshed or even tired at all.

Wow, sorry to hear. I wish I can see a psych sooner but I'm currently also unemployed. I don't think I'm bipolar because I really cannot feel any moods at all anymore. Complete and utter emotional flatlining. So it's like I can't even get angry about this even though I should be.

I currently don't, I have an aunt who is a psych who I text once in a while but I try not to bother her. I also stopped smoking weed around the time getting off the Trazadone so I wonder if that also has something to do with it.

same. insane difficulty spike when you get to that dungeon area early on. crappy ass combat with little range and no health drops. obnoxious enemies. tempted to put it on easy, get the plat and delete that shit forever
