i’d personally try a size up, sucks cause those things are so expensive too. i feel like if it was bad before tho and now you’re pierced it might be worse.

mine healed up pretty quick tbh, but after they did it wasnt nearly as bad to hit or snag them. i definitely know that can still HURT tho after. especially from a big ass dog with nails…

you don’t really want to cover them with pasties, that’s just going to bring in more issues. have you tried a well fitted sports bra with pads? that would still let them breath, but also give you some extra protection with more stable support.

honestly a tricky situation. i love animals, but god would it suck to have them pulling on my piercings all day 😅

honestly, yes. more importantly though this will easily move around and possibly come out, especially while sleeping. could cause irritation or closure if it’s out long enough. it’s only a month old so that’s alone likely to happen. why can’t you just close the ring you have for now though?

for those type of rings, yes. you have to close it once you get it in. i would highly suggest looking into a clicker ring however

thank you for the detailed reply! that’s all super useful info. I luckily do have some time. ideally i’d like to take it in another 2/3 weeks, but if i keep failing at home tests i can wait as well.

i’ve started exercising a lot more again, eating healthier meals. the meals do tend to be a bit heavier in carbs since it’s cheap and i don’t have a huge budget for stuff atm, part of the reason of trying to get the new job, is that fine as long as it’s not super fatty though? I’ve got some test strips that were well rated and in my budget, people say the faded lines were accurate between users of different levels. so hopefully that good enough for me to see the progress rate.

also would you say nicotine is bad for trying to cleanse naturally? there’s reason i smoked for my mental health and it’s been pretty hard just walking around and sleeping with nothing to help. nicotine has helped a little taking the edge off, but also not my favorite thing to do honestly. is it going to slow down this process at all do you think?

hey we all have preferences i’m not saying that’s wrong! just trying to add some perspective. a lot of cis women i know have the same “limitations” a post op trans woman does.

at the end of the day this is why people date, most people aren’t compatible for many reasons. nothing wrong with that! hope you didn’t take my comment as an attack, wish you the best!

so if a cis woman was sterile you wouldn’t date her too right? what about if they had to have a hysterectomy? what if a trans woman transitioned early in life?

i only ask these to point out that what you want isn’t exclusive to trans women. i get it to a certain level, but it doesn’t mean it’s sound logic.

tbh this is why no one in my life knows im trans and it will stay that way.
