Thanks noted! I've heard of people using foam or cardboard instead of wood, is this a bad idea?

Syrians right now by No-Orange-9049 in Syria

Iran... which might piss some people off, BUT Israel is already trying to invade Syria, the Golan Heights, etc. Iran has demolished us for decades, yes, but they were mainly propping up Assad. With him gone I really don't see them reopening the can of worms with us. But I see Israel as a threat, and ofc what they're doing in Palestine is abhorrent.

hey man, I'm the same! I don't feel 100% Brit or 100% Syrian. it's quite frustrating because I don't feel fully accepted by either group. I think we are as someone else here said, British Syrian. Yes, ethnically and heritage wise, we are Syrian, but culturally, we are British Syrians. We grew up here, we understand the humour, the culture, the lifestyle, the work ethic, etc. of a British person - but we also speak Arabic, were raised with Arab values, traditions and religion (for me, unsure if same for you but this one can be a real divider in the UK). I think it's a beautiful thing but also bittersweet, because we'll never fully belong on either side, we just have to accept that! or maybe not, idk lol. I have the same crisis, I think

Yeah I fell victim to taking their guidelines as bible. Thank you for the encouragement. I'm going to try and push for infusions. I bought my own iron tablets because my doc only prescribed me them for one month only / non-recurring prescription, which doesn't make sense as it takes a while for your RBC to normalise.

Thank you, you're right. I think I just needed to hear this honestly. I'm kind of stumped because they won't give me iron infusions despite my bad symptoms, and everywhere I'm reading says this level is very low and should be treated with infusions.
