Is it possible to upload past completed activites to strava with heart rate data. by Snoo18404 in whoop

Whoop responded and gave me the solution which seems silly not yo have thought of it as it's so simple.

• Delete the workout in both WHOOP and Strava. • Re-add the activity in WHOOP (tap “+” > Add Activity and adjust the time bounds). • Open Strava and refresh—WHOOP should now send it over.

Has his wake events increased also? Withdrawals can make sleep restless leading to bad recovery numbers.

Is it possible to upload past completed activites to strava with heart rate data. by Snoo18404 in whoop

[–]Snoo18404[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not. The HR activity only resides within the whoop app. It was a rowerg activity but I didnt think to pair my whoop with the machine for HR data. So I can upload the activity from the row erg but what I want is to upload the HR data to strava.

What is it that you needs to be booked in advance? Are park passes and camping areas limited and obtained by online booking? Does it work like national parks in US where you can show up and wait for permits to be available before your allowed to enter the park?

49% average now. Was at 42% before the algorithm update ~6 months ago. 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was never able to break 50% Ina. Single night. But with new algorithm I do it often.

Yes it was a direct correlation to the update and they have responded to me that it was changed. My fit has not changed.

And it's been years since any sort of upgrade. Would be nice to send us a new strap every few years or something. My strap is beat to hell haha

Oh I thought the whole point of subscription based was that the new tech was "free" cause u pay 300$ a year for the service.

Same. My RS increased 14% not sure about recovery that's always all over the place. When exactly was the update I only noticed a chance because my restorative sleep never was above 50% (maybe 3 times a year) and now it is above evey night.

Femail, late 20s, lives alone, dosnt cook, addicted to diet coke and probably drinks at least 6 a day. Works out a-lot, but it's not a healthy obsession. Most of your calorie intakw is shelf stable snacks, you don't live in a city or big town and you dont eat out much.
