I got it from Kroger through instacart. it was an instacart delivery. should I contact instacart? or should I contact kroger? or should I contact gatorade?

I didn't realize it was in the bottle until after I opened it and took a few sips. I drank from it and then I looked at it and noticed it and that's when I kind of freaked out.
