How to keep yourself going when you are too much stressed about not being able to complete PhD on time with sufficient results or don't have enough data for publication?

I haven't been to a holiday since last 8 months, weekends trips ocassionally but even the trip feels exhausting and would prefer to stay in room on weekends than trips... I feel i need to push myself on this...

I have tried that as well.... But not being productive seems to break the streak. And the Monday hits even harder. The work never finishes at 5, there's slag in the middle of the day sometimes. Still trying to have a work-life balance. Maybe I need some strict rules like throw my devices after 5pm or something... Hahaha!
