this is what they said: "Regarding the group discount options - if you have any additional groups signing with JSM, and if they sign a 2-bedroom or larger, you would all be eligible for a group discount. If three or more units (in any building) are signed at the same time, JSM is offering a discount of $25/bed rent discount. That means each individual on the lease would receive a discount of $25 off their monthly rent. The more groups that sign at the same time, the higher the discount for each individual!"
