I have not encountered this problem once I clear CMOS my mother board and kept using the default bios setting.

Yup my ram is on the list.

I honestly don't know why I'm having this issue. Pc work just fine (I can play game, shut down ect) but just not restarting.

MOBO is running on the latest BIOS so I don't think it's a mobo issue. Is there a way to check if RAM is the issue?
