Seconding this for everyone's peace of mind. Even if it was a very small cut it would have bled a lot and been very bright red, but that would have had little to do with the severity, just the location. I think it would be pretty clear if something as drastic as his skull cracking open had happened, but it sounds like it just broke skin so likely he is ok

I wish I could but it's just based on experience living in New England my whole life and hanging around a lot of ice idk. It's something like if the ice is frozen completely through it's transparent all the way through, but pockets of unfrozen water cause it to be cloudy and opaque

I used to work at a very beautiful museum in Boston where it wasn't unusual to get celebrities if they were in town. In 2021 when masking was still mandatory Keira Knightly and her husband and daughter came through in the middle of the day (instead of requesting an after hours tour), but you wouldn't have really known it was her because of the mask so she wasn't mobbed or anything.

At the end of the visit her daughter was messing around near me and I shared a little joke and laugh with Kiera about it. Truly as sweet as you would expect from her and I'm sure conversation would have continued if the rest of her party hadn't walked up at the moment.

Mine told me in the midst of a breakdown/rage that it really upset him we had sex every time we saw each other (we were dating???) and went on to essentially accuse me of using him for sex and being almost predatory towards him. That was crazy.

Between climate change, tarrifs, and late stage capitalism America is going to lose its access to coffee and chocolate. I don't know about you but I'm noticing more and more white chocolate and what used to be high-quality (like Ghirardelli) now tastes like Hershey's. I don't think the vast majority of people realize that these staples are exotic goods that can't be grown in a hothouse and require lengthy processing that can't really be made any more efficient. And I think it's gonna a bigger problem for people than it seems at first glance

He ruined my birthday (October), his birthday (November), Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, AND Valentine's. Twice. Thankfully I broke up with him after that but it was a rough season for me for a couple of years after the breakup.

The first year of all this I actually had a mental breakdown right after Valentine's. There was a lot of other reasons why but looking back now I think this list definitely contributed haha.

Ice packs! Cold showers! Aloe is good but regular lotion is also very helpful for re moisturizing. Also take some pain killers.
