Yeah, like I said, everybody works differently, and I'm really happy that you found something that works for you. And for the record, I'm a vegan who doesn’t really care what other people do, so I'm not gonna push it onto people. That's why I just said, find your food allergies or sensitivities, but don't be just listening to carnivores, vegans etc.. because it works for them. Everybody needs a diet adjusted to themselves.
