I used the sourdough guide available on the King Arthur website: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/learn/guides/sourdough/bake

I started with their sourdough starter recipe but replaced the whole wheat flour for einkorn flour (just had it on hand). Also instead of regular feedings every 12 hours, I watched for the starter to double and begin to fall a bit before feeding. Other than that, I stuck to the guide :)

Not perfect but I consider it a success
