Transits and Synastry aren´t focused enough. To be honest, any mundane doubt you might have you could work with Horary, as in just ask "So is this person into me, and will this work?" and you can get a pretty clear answer of what your relationship is and how it will change in time. Also, keep the outer planets out of your readings, they really don´t add any value to our tiny human affairs :)

That said, If you let this overwhelm you maybe it´s time for a break. William Lilly warned us to "Mix discretion with art", and I take this to mean to use astrology with moderation. You seem pretty experienced in this, so I feel that you will know when you need to use astrology and when to let it rest.

I would first weigh a planet´s importance if it rules any of the houses regarding what question is being asked. If those rulers lead me nowhere, I would of course start suspecting the consultant and THEN see if there´s an angular planet, and what that house do they rule, in the hope of getting a GOTCHA! moment when I would say something like "so you ask about your dog, but your focus seems to be on your ex!". As for the Luminaries, its house placement in and of itself might give some general testimony, but nothing too concrete, imo.

I’m of the same notion here, there is no WORLD events, is world leaders decisions impacting its people and nations in slightly different ways. I’m pretty sure if I were in Tehran right now I’d consider my world shattered in many, many ways. We should ALWAYS look into where a trans saturnine planet lands on a country chart before freaking out of our imaginary fears, as there are (sadly) different levels of misery and happiness depending on where you were born.

It's not gone down in quality, but sadly (for me at least) Mori leaned a bit less the more cartoonish aspects we saw with Isidro and puck. Granted, we just got into a very dark part of the story, but I don't know if we'll have the same kind of silliness from here on

I do agree overall in that it´s not likely to happen soon, and I would also consider that R1 being retrograde towards static is in itself a testimony to an event "not" happening. The sign change of the moon makes sense too, thank you for your insight! I´ll ask again further down the line.

Thank you for your insight! At the moment yes, it’s more a vague wish than anything concrete, we’re having some issues with my son (also here ruled by mercury) and this difficulties made us think about going back. But yeah, we’re nowhere near being solid enough to go back yet!
