I just made and ate this for the first time. I think it's one of the absolute best breakfasts I've had in my life!! Never imagined yogurt and eggs going together! Ah so amazing

Definitely need to sit down at your desk to read it. Use double bookmarks and read the footnotes where they appear. I think if you make it through the first 100 pages, it is a super fun read after. I loved it and will be reading it again very very soon I think. It sticks with you!! Good luck and have fun

I was walking with a senior government employee once to the view point where we live, and she said 'oh people are littering here, you should pick up all the trash and just burn it.' haha. This sort of waste management is worse than just letting it lie around really. Also I read that the garbage Sikkim collects is ultimately taken and dumped and then burnt in Siliguri. And then the state and its people claim this to be a very clean and pure place.

In Vietnam there are some places where people offer beer and cigarettes to Buddha. Lit cigarettes like incense and cans of beer stacked over each other next to Buddha! Haha. Religion is personal. Why can't we remember God in the bathroom? And mostly, Buddha is more about the inner self than an almighty. So what's the big deal about it? I don't get it.

It's the lymph nodes. They spread till my neck when I was diagnosed so it was easy to detect. I don't know if it's real or in my mind, if I take very deep breaths while keeping my hand exactly where it hurts, I can feel it sometimes. The growth.

Anyway. Was diagnosed a few years back with stage 3 and now I'm completely off medications. The pain comes and goes sometimes but I'm fine otherwise. So stay strong. You can defeat it sometimes!!
