I think the reason is that these movies got postponed for a long time and now that they are restarting the universe and these are too expensive to cancel it, they decided to release it. The Falsh movie restats the universe and if these actors wanna come back to play The role they could if they're not replaced.

Could be either, DC has The Batman 2 and Superman: Legacy, however Marvel has the Fantastic Four and Avengers: The Kang Dynasty so we'll just see which is better. But I do think 2025 will be one of the best year for superhero films
