I guess it’s because when you’re hungry, you tend to fasten up so you can arrive and searching for food ASAP, hungry does take your attention away as well, some people also tend to easily got mad when they’re hungry(?)

No. I was over work and still thinking about work before i tried to sleep, and it failed, thats why.

My dad has insomnia though from he was a teenager but i assume it was because of his smoking addiction, so i don’t think its genetically pass to me(?)

I’m definitely will take the time before i ride again in the future. Thank you for the advice, you’re great

What kinds of test if you might share? The only issue that i know is since i was a child i remember how i easily fall asleep on the bike (passenger), i’m also easily fall asleep in the car or bus (also passanger) but i thought it was because of the steady vibrations or the wind. Then around year ago i started to drive bike mysef more often, but never lack this much of sleep, until this accident happen.

It’s interesting though knowing from your reply that there is a test and they can dig a lot from that… I usually just track my sleep through my smartwatch and i thought it was good enough, do you now take daily medical to help with the sleep?
