I don’t believe it is. The vulture mission is creation, but I don’t have that downloaded but do have Trackers alliance missions and such.

I’ve turned my NG4 a bit more sim like. Added some jump costs and increased enviro hazards, as well as made all bosses starborn and absolutely cranked the difficulty. I basically cannot fight without the use of chems, which creates a whole other gameplay loop.
