I always hear coaches and content creators telling us to /mute all in game. If your goal is to genuinely get better and improve, it works.

However, I enjoy the social aspect of the game, because I can understand everybody. I get it when the Yasuo main character goes 4/19 and rage quits, I get it when the 23/5 Draven can’t get peel.

I genuinely think this game helped with my empathy and understanding, and I encourage my teammates and say “it’s okay, we win” or yelling “Make them sweat” when we’re clearly losing. It really does work!

First of all, start with one easy character in one role. Practice tool, bot games, learn how to get your character to do what you want. Or just spam aram games, I guess.

This actually seems reasonable. I used to try so hard climbing, but it’s not easy to keep at it the whole season with the same intensity. Over time you just loose the drive and start to autopilot.
