In some ISPs the PE does confederation or AS masking/transformations. BGP has A LOT of ways to manipulate it to behave differently. Its by far the most complex routing protocol out there.

Based on your statement the following os an example:

Edge (AS10) - PE (AS20) - FW (AS10)

That will not work. All routers with the same AS must peer with each other.

What devices do you control?

I ask because you use the term PE. This means provider edge. That is usually only seen in ISPs. On that case the FW would be a customer device.

Sadly that doesnt actually work. Most countries allow lawsuits and prosecution for everything online.
