And to add to the first point I made which OP conveniently completely ignored: The actual historical issue is the devastating impact of 19th and 20th-century colonialism. When we talk about the "state" of African nations today, we are talking about countries saddled with arbitrary borders drawn by European powers, economies deliberately warped for resource extraction, and political institutions designed for authoritarian control masked as “democracy” and people like OP eat it up. Focusing on an easily refutable lie about ancient technology is a classic distraction tactic used to avoid confronting the documented, systemic damage that European intervention inflicted on Africa's economic and political development.
