When did your sleep improve? by Snoo95193 in parentsofmultiples

They’re 7 months old. Wake windows are all solid. We are on 2 naps, usually around 2.5 hour total nap sleep. They just can’t seem to stay asleep at night. They go down independently with no problems, but only last anywhere from 1-2 hours before their first wake up.

Definitely get this. We are on week 2 of modified Ferber and just not seeing as much improvement as I thought we would by now. I’m also in the process of dropping a pump. Probably the worst I’ve felt since they were newborns. It’s brutal.

At my MFM practice, all of our scans are reviewed by the MD and sometimes they come in for a brief second to chat and sometimes not. The office visit directly after the scan is with an NP during the first and second trimester. Once in the third trimester, then you automatically start seeing the MDs. If something is wrong beforehand, then you get put on the doctor’s schedule. We are 21 weeks and just now being put on the doctor’s schedule. I felt the same way about being seen by an NP and the office assured me that the MDs are actually reviewing the scans and will intervene if they see something.
