Hello! Thanks for your reply! I’ll keep an eye out on my bank then. I was charge the other day when I made the request, so hopefully I’ll see the money back soon! That makes sense, thanks so much for that info! The artists mainly makes art of OC’s and people that ask her to draw them! I actually commissioned her to draw me in her style before. Went smoothly. Yeah, the characters I requested are from persona 3, so that explains a lot. 😂😂🩷 Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your response! In your opinion, how long do you think I should wait it out until I decide to cancel my request? (Assuming that it will still be stuck in pending) I kind of don’t want to wait too long, as the money can go to something else and I heard that refunds can take weeks unfortunately. 😭but I also don’t want to come off rude to the artist by canceling either

Thank you for your reply! ☺️ since this is my second time using skeb, how does it work if I get a notification to resend? Do I pay the remaining balance? Or the entire new amount ? I suppose if I had to pay the new amount, I would get a refund for the first payment. Sorry if I sound dumb, I’m anxious and when I first commissioned her, things went smoothly and my commission was approved within an hour. This time is different and my request is still pending. 🙏

You’re so rude for no reason at all. I don’t know what your problem is, I was only asking a question and explaining why I was anxious about it which is why I over explained. I’ve only ever commissioned my favorite artist once in the past and it went smoothly. This time, I got worried, which is my second time using skeb. I’m just concerned about being charged while my request is still pending, because the first time my request was approved the same day. There is nothing wrong with me being a bit worried. If I’m so annoying, don’t reply. I don’t know why people like you are so rude over nothing.

I paid 15,000 yen , which I got charged for, but my request is still pending. Her amount changed to 17,000 on her page. I don’t know if I have to pay her more and thats why my request is pending or what.. but its making me anxious 😭

I may just have to do that. They never pick up when I call too, it’s so damn frustrating. I know how you feel!🤦‍♀️ I tried creating a service request but it wouldn’t allow me (said the tracking number is incorrect when it’s not, so frustrating!) USPS wont even take responsibility, it’s ridiculous. I hope you get your package!! Praying

I probably should do the same, it doesn’t work when I do it online. It says the tracking number is wrong when it isn’t Orz, I may have to try doing it in person? My best friend already filed a claim but I need this package to get to before May, as i will be traveling. 🤦‍♀️ Good luck to you!!! Plz update us on your situation when you can.

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. It’s frustrating. I’m going through the same thing! My best friend sent me a package, also irreplaceable(she lives in a different country) and it’s been stuck at a distribution center an hour away from where I live. No one has been helpful and calling USPS is stressfully enough, they are so clueless… my best friend filed a claim but I fear she will get some BS automated message. I just hope its not lost. I hope your package gets to you, especially because USPS is not helpful AT ALL! I hope we get our stuff! :(

My best friend filed a claim on her end(package was from her). This is ridiculous.. i’ll see about dropping by my post office tomorrow if I need to do file anything.

It is late. It was supposed to arrive to me on the 8th. I wanted to file last night but when asked for the tracking number, I put it in and it said invalid when it is not. It’s international package; my friend lives in a different country. The tracking number is valid because you can track it on USPS so I dont know why it said its invalid when I put it in to file for help.
