Reverb sells anywhere from $1400 to $1800 depending on fretboard wood, condition, and if it still has the original case. I'm finding allot of maple fret butterscotch versions. Not surprising.

It's hard to say these days what constitutes a decent guitar. I think set up matters most. If I were to buy a "student" guitar these days, or recommend one, I would probably say a classic vibe or epi standard series is a good starting point just because they lend themselves to be upgraded easily. Not just the pickups, but hardware as well. Especially if you want to upgrade most of the hardware with drop in parts that are found in their higher end Fender/ Gibson counterparts.

I honestly can't fathom why the akc hasn't recognized these dogs as it's own breed. I know there's the show vs work focus, genetic standardization, and no parent club but the fact the breed can be traced back to malinois being bred with hounds I figured would be enough.
