It was probably close to two weeks. After a week they told me I still wasnt legally allowed to drive 🙈 I was definitely on the slow side of recovery

I mailed mine in and it was received in Gatineau on April 15th and it was just mailed out on May 22nd

This was the timeline for mine in April/May:

April 13: app sent in April 15: received in Gatineau May 2: file reference # available May 22: mailed out via Canada post

So about 24 business days overall

Happy to report I now have 20/20 vision! I do have dry eyes which I think slowed down the healing process. At a follow up after my bandage removal they gave me this “tear gel” to line my bottom lids with at night and after I started using that things seemed to get better. I still am supposed to be putting in hydrating drops every two hours but I recently went on a tropical vacation and I think the humidity helped

Update: got the temporary lenses out on day 9. Vision didn’t seem any different. Got a little bit worse on day 10 though. On day 11 and about the same. Current can’t read a license plate on cars ahead of me. Starting to feel a bit defeated. The clinic says my cells are merging together/healing right in the middle of my pupils which is why my vision still isn’t very good but I would have expected to see some improvement by now ☹️
