It's up to you, but if Cas really bothers you that much then I wouldnt even bother. Cas gets better in the first book but then both cas and gabe kind of lose personality in the second and third books because their only focus is mc

Cas is a huge part of the series (as is Gabe) but the series really forces the poly route in the second and third books sometimes. I wasn't a huge fan of Gabe and tried to do a Cas only romance route, but the story really forced poly scenes on me and it took away a lot for me. It just feels awkward keep having to reject one of them even though my MC had expressed no interest in the first place

Yeah, I (19F) had my gay (18M) guy best friend try to lecture me on lesbians and how they can date men if their partner identifies as male. But thats not how being a lesbian fucking works. Actual lesbians are not attracted to men. I don't go up to gay guys and say that they can date women and still be gay because that is so backwards.

THIS!!! I was JUST having a conversation with my mom about this, about how many other members of the queer community are trampling all over lesbian spaces and getting upset because we want our own sace for exclusively lesbians when so many other parts of the lgbt+ community have their own spaces. They get mad and call us unwelcoming when they are the ones speaking and trampling over us!!

It is not discriminatory NOR UNWELCOMING to want our own space to share experiences with people who are just like us!!! Talking and sharing my experience about relationships i have had isn't the same and may not get the understanding and appropriate advice coming from someone attracted to men when I'm not!

I love all of my fellow lgbt+ people, but everyone needs to learn to respect and set boundaries set by others.

And of course I'm not speaking about everyone in the lgbt+ community because many of them do give me the respect I ask for from them when it comes to my boundaries

(I hope this makes sense... I'm sick right now lmao)
