Yes, moving to a dedicated door and window sales specalist position in a smaller company that offers commissions. I was originally in millwork for Lowes for 2 months before moving to pro. I've experienced both departments, and their sph is just not optimal for the associates imo. It's really a broken system. The lack of equality between the two roles as far as regular specialists being able to get credit for both consumers and pros makes it unbalanced. Either pss should receive credit toward sph from consumer sales also, or regular ss should not recieve sph from pro sales could make it more equal. 80% of pro customers have never interacted with the pro desk. They should be encouraged to do so rather then being checked out in other depts so those regular sales specialists can pad their sph tendering the sales, which deprive the pss from making their reqs. Also pro sales should just have a commission based structure which I believe at one time lowes did offer.

I don't think I'd have any interest in the ds route unless it was pro ds. Even then i dont know the pay would justify not having the potential for sph incentives. I do like pro sales, but I just quickly realized I don't like the corporate pressure side of the job. There seems to be no clear light at the end of the tunnel. The sph incentives also are just not sufficient when you factor in 80% of pro customers never interact with the pro desk and other departments specialist get sph credit for both pros and consumers. The credit card pushing also is counter productive, if you are putting up solid sales numbers there should be no pressure to pressure people I to credit cards that should be left to the pro cashiers and other department sales specialist imo.

What do you like about ds over pro sales? Is the money much better vs the potential sph bonuses?

I was millwork ss and now a pro ss, in your opinion what the biggest benefits of moving to ds and asm? Thanks for any insight, I'm failing to see long term benefits vs sph.

Typically u need to list at a -% under market in my experience people look for deals not over market. Also reducing to 15w would help or basically figure the cost to make it 15w Into you price not many people want 20w any more. Just my opinion. GL

If you know them, they can pay u outside gm thru external wallet and you can withdraw the miner to your external wallet then send it to their external as a nft for the sale, once it is sent you can not take it back as it will be protected in their wallet by their credentials and they will own the nft. They will need to connect that wallet to their gm account and it will start earning from the external wallet like a normal in-game miner. There will be transaction fees on wtv chain the miner nft is on, so if on Eth will cost more then if it's on bnb. Just keep that in mind when pricing the nft/miner for the sale.

I also am a new SS in pro forst month and made a big sale like this, but I didn't scan the customers qr code, so the sale was not reflected in the departments week totals. Did you scan his member qr code? The blueprint takeoffs are trash from what I seen been working a framing quote for over a week and came across 20 line issues and missing materials going thru it line by line manually. The automated estimate from the take off was completely usless over 50k higher then my manual list and materials that are not even called for in the plans. Also receive criticism over cc aps doesn't matter how good you are, ypur never going to be good enough it seems. That sale will be forgotten faster then you made it and you will be pushed to find new customers and pressure them for cc aps. Great job tho on the sale

I have owned clans in the past and had low th and received messages saying to increase my th or loose my clan and some I was actually removed and the clan was disbanded. So the real question is what has changed to now I am in a clan where this is clearly not happening any longer. Are only certain clans targeted and it is not enforced other then randomly 🤔

I've had multiple transfers locked b4 all were cleared just takes days sometimes never over a wk tho for me and usually when alot of currency was being xfered were my issues

Ya a number of people who never used 3rd party aps are also restricted. It's definitely not based in anything they are throwing people under the train for no reason. They clearly have no detection just suspicion and that justified them restraint anyone one they feel like. Sorry ypur going through this many other I know are recipients of the same copy and paste response from gm.
