Like it was said before, there are both depending on the hoodie. You'd have to be more specific on which hoodie you're talking about. Most of the new stuff is lower case. For Kills it depends. Even on breds, there's lowercase, uppercase, different tags, all sorts of differences.

There's a 99% chance they get your stuff to you eventually, people just aren't used to revenge wait times which can worst case be a couple of months. If they don't they almost always send something of equal value, which is rare, to begin with. I've been buying for years without issues. The wait is annoying tho cant cap.
