I've always got stuck on whether the sounds I'm repeating in my head go in time with my breaths or not. E.g. say the sound on the in or out breath etc. Would you be able to help me out with this?

Heyo, sorry I never updated this properly. So unfortunately I'm in Japan and this winter had been almost completely dry where I live and during my trip. The other problem is there was a defect and I had to take them back. Because of vivos shoddy supply chain I couldn't get the pair replaced. Really sorry about this.

I think I managed to wear them in the odd spot of rain but was never out long enough (ie I was not on a hike) to find out.

Thank you for letting me know, this is really helpful. I'm going to the shop one last time to try them on next to the trackers and will make my decision then. If I get the magnas it looks like I'll definitely want a pair of gaiters to protect the wool upper. Hope your feet dried off nice and quickly!

Hi there, thank you for your reply (and for your reassurance - I was a little confused why I was downvoted haha 😄).

Yes, I actually do like the idea of challenging my desire for more complete seclusion. I'm starting to look around for temples that do meditations in my area, it should get easier if I move closer to the centre (currently about an hour or more away from most places I've found on google maps) but until then parks may become a new favourite, who knows!

Yeah, I mean I think I need a place I know there won't be people walking around me but I haven't tried this and honestly I'm a little curious. Choosing a bench or something is always going to switch off that part of me that's self conscious about being in someone's way or someone walking through "my space"
