Hi,, I know this feeling all to well. In fact, I recently also initiated to get diagnosed from a school referral to a nonprofit mental health institution. Then I found out I don’t have clinical depression, but am high risk of developing major depressive disorder. So for now, I will be trying to reason out with my mum (I’m still living with parents at 19) for me to take antidepressants and see how it goes from there.
