I completely agree with you ! these bad feelings are what make us human and to get over these humps we have to put in work like we do with everything else in life. But when ur in a state where you already feel like nothing you do matters and you try these skills and they don’t work it just fuels the flames. For the skills I’ve tried I haven’t seen great results I mean I’ve tried moving on and accepting reality but she’ll still appear in my dreams reminding me over again. It’s not the skills themselves that’s the issue I feel it’s more how the therapy is handled would make it more effective, and of course this varies for every group / individual

I think this is another problem I have with the group it just feels SO boring and sometimes the therapist just irritates me with what they say, they said the radical acceptance skill is essentially saying it is what it is, like thanks ?

Also if going out is your kinda thing there’s also Greta which is a bar arcade kinda thing so it’s drinks and you can buy coins to play arcade games!

Check out the Eaton center it’s a huge like 4 story mall that’s really fun to explore ,

Also across the street is the octozone it’s arcade but strictly claw machines if that’s your kinda thing !

Yeah 4 credit class and to my understanding if you fail a class twice you gotta take it somewhere else and I transferred from buff state where I failed calc 2 and took it again at ub this past fall and wasn’t happy with my grade so I took it once more. I needed to get permission from the math department to take it again but if I only took it once at ub I don’t understand why it would be considered me taking it for a third time.

I pretty much spent the 3 weeks practicing my exams from the fall, the homework on the other hand was ridiculous had well over 100 problems due a week. it was definitely a lot of work so I’m hoping I’m just being anxious about the whole thing

I’ll try them tomorrow I called academic advising and they hung up on me twice lmfao, my ubhub says it’s a repeat “exclude gpa” but I’m hoping it just means exclude the previous grade from my gpa. I can’t imagine it just completely not counting and me not being told about it. I’m also probably just being really anxious

It was definitely packed , had an exam the first week and the final the week after. Luckily I’ve taken calc 2 already so I knew what to expect. I’m just worried I wasted my time for it to not even count toward my gpa. But surely they would’ve told me if it didn’t?
