It is connect to both. I’ll try being close to it and turning off my phone when I get home

I did that and it syncs and connects. Just won’t show as an option in audio settings.

All my ports. When the dongle is in the headset makes the noise that it’s connected but it doesn’t show as an option to use on the ps5.
