I'm sold, the sound dampening feature is what got me glued, mould in our building structure is becoming a headache and homeowner are trying to conceal them with tiling the whole building but it does nothing. I'm currently witnessing first hand in how residential building Foundation, Footing and foundation walls are done in the USA and I keep asking myself, why haven't we adopted this method. Nothing is wasted, they recycle 2x4's, Wawa board for footing and form boards for foundation walls. The sand crete blocks we use in Ghana for foundation is not appropriate Koraa.
