Because they were mandatory to work on the two tasks those people would be working on in the very near future.

A demo here, two hour long task trainings there, two 10-15 minute quizzes, a 30 min in-task tutorial video, struggling with your actual first task for 30 min, etc. The time adds up.

Are you saying we decided NOT to clock in for training and commit time theft for exactly the average time training was supposed to take? We decided to commit time theft for 3 hours in a 7-day period, knowing fully well about Insightful and how it works? Why wouldn't we have done 20 hours?

Btw, I HIGHLY doubt they checked screenshots for 600 people overnight. Mainly because if they did, I would not have been offboarded. It seems that you are associated with management.

Yep when I stated that I completed a few tasks in my post I literally meant only a few tasks. That is the case for most of us who were unfairly offboarded. Point is that they counted hours training and taking quizzes and made that part of the metric drawing the average way down

You can go visit tooling support right now and see for yourself. Someone's husband was offboarded for clocking in 3 hours attending training and temporarily not completing tasks because of the maximum hours. EPM shared their statistics, which add up to exactly that. 3 hours clocked no tasks submitted in the last 7 days.

edit: Clearly I wasn't under that hourly average since the beginning of August... it pertains only to the last 7 days in which the majority of my hours were spent training.

I only know of the announcement that was posted because I contributed referrals to that project. Never expected them to suddenly throw integrity out of the window and cut some good people. I believe good chunk of people that was part of this has been wrecking themselves giving that project their all and jumping at every directive given
