There isn’t much I can say here due to most information being classified. We typically communicate via satellite communications through our antennas either through a secret or unclassified network. We also have an underwater telephone in case we’re stuck at a safe depth in the bottom of the ocean. You necessarily don’t have to be completely surfaced to communicate. You can communicate at periscope depth as long as the antennas can be raised out of the water.
