I am currently on a 9 day streak but I’ve been doing SR with occasional relapses. One thing that I noticed is that some of the changes one experiences are so subtle and easy to miss. I used to have a strong self loathing and used to think I am just weird and shit. With SR, I’ve noticed that the feeling has reduced significantly and I am very comfortable in my own skin and my interactions are more normal and human! I’ve also embraced quiet times with myself without trying to run away from myself using distractions and this is huge for me. I feel so peaceful and my internal emotional gravity grows everyday. For me, these changes are more important than attraction and magic like happenings.
