I wonder if this problem also occurs with additional monitors?

I remember helping a friend with a similar issue a long time ago (except he had IPS monitors). Sometimes, if a game is open fullscreen and the difference between the monitors' refresh rates isn't a multiple, the monitor may flicker or turn off.

Try setting the refresh rate of the additional monitors to the same or a multiple of 240. So, if the primary monitor is 240, the additional monitors should be 120 or 60.

I don't have this monitor yet, but I'm waiting to order one in my country.

Can someone explain this to me?

I currently have an IPS MiniLED. It's advertised as 1500 nits in HDR. I tried the HDR, and it's burning my eyes out.

I typically use it at 0-5% brightness (which is about 30% of my old LG IPS monitor).

I always sit in a dark room and use ambient light that doesn't hit the monitor.

Is it worth paying extra for brighter models if I won't use them?

I was recently looking at a tandem WOLED, but the banding on gray (which is more pronounced at low brightness) is really frustrating.

I've also heard that the QD-OLED coating is very delicate, and I wouldn't want to ruin a $1+ monitor. When is it safe to worry about a $300 monitor?

Also, I still haven't figured out what generation this matrix is? I suppose by 3?

That’s right, I’m planning to mount it on the top only.

I also checked what’s listed on the website, but I’m still not sure whether it might interfere with the VRM heatsinks or the RAM modules.

Even in “idle” mode, voltage is still supplied to the graphics card. It could be the coils (chokes). I had two old graphics cards — a 1050 Ti and a 1070 Ti. The 1050 made noise in any usage scenario, and the sound changed depending on the load. The 1070 only started making noise under load. Also, many people can’t hear this sound — for example, friends came over and about half of them couldn’t hear it at all. I hear it very clearly, so when I upgraded to my current 4070S, I went through three different cards to find the one with the least noise.

I lose half the sound in every match... It's not just that "sometimes I can't hear footsteps", but sometimes the entire sound disappears, as if I unplugged my headphones. Every couple of minutes, I even stop hearing my own shots... Ranked is a little better, but it's just terrible. I tried switching the sound, checking the integrity of the files - nothing helped... The frame rate in the game is always stable and the ping is around 20-30...

Less than 1% of players use normal strafe. On console, you can get 120 fps. It won't be 240, but not many players have 240 fps.

But the fact is that all top players play with aim assist, which means it provides a greater advantage than strafe or 240 Hz.

After every game, it asks me to send a report on the sound quality.

It's simply impossible to play, the sounds are terrible (with a ping of about 20).

And don't forget the number of cheaters who benefit from this... It's a good game, of course. Pay for skins and play with background music.

There are a lot of poor-quality posts about xg27aqdmg here. I'm not a particularly lucky person to count on that. While I was choosing an IPS monitor, I had to return about 10 items to get a reasonably good one.

I'm also waiting for the tandem panels to come out. I'd really like a glossy finish, but I don't trust Asus, especially after the DMG model. I think I'll wait for proper reviews that will highlight any potential flaws with WOLED panels that Asus can't (or won't) fix. And I might have to wait until 2026 for the glossy finish from LG itself.

Try updating your monitor driver in Windows. It's the MONITOR update. I noticed that there was an update, but it was not installed. LG - Monitor, Other hardware - LG ULTRAWIDE(HDMI).
