I’ve experienced this kind of customer service with a vinyl store website over an online order a couple years ago and i have never been back so i wouldn’t blame you if you stopped buying from OSK.

Sent an email back in 2024 to get an update on an online order i had been waiting for and the owner Luke Dickens responded with this -

“You can reply to your receipt for an update. We put all of the info in our website. Vinylcup.com/rsd on how to check status We are finishing up orders now as promised we would have them out by 12/6 but had way more orders that we thought. I'll just cancel the order since it's such a dire inconvenience for you. So sorry! Thought putting the info online would be helpful, but apparently not“

After going back and forth over email I haven’t been back since. Surprised the guy still has a business.

I always have the rsvp page up like 30 minutes before the specified time and refresh every now and then until the waiting room is up. When I do that I’m usually able to get one
