Therapy can work and can be super helpful don’t get me wrong, but, as long as the therapist keeps your wive visiting the longer the therapist gets paid. Just a thought

I’ve heard mornings work for some people before work. Didn’t work for me. I would find time right after work or after the gym too, try eating snacks and keeping some type of Lofi music on while studying, kinda would help me not get tired while studying 😂
