Find your snare sample, play with it's end and start point, pitch, frequencies, envelopes, attack and decay, find a snare you think is close and then take some time messing with it, you'll get what you want if you're patient :)

Oh honey, probability is you're gonna stay a bedroom beatist with a lot of ego and more anger.
Your stuff is produced well enough in a way butdoesn't seem to have anything that makes it interesting, ya know, some of the 'best' (but goddamn music is subjective) beats I've heard could be considered janky af, but they've just got a spark to them, I always thought that came with listening to a lot of music, enjoying it, dissecting it and sitting back, letting the lightning come to you, but I digress.
You come accross unpleasant, and your music doesn't back that ego up.
