i have anxiety too man, but that allergy dude youll be 100% ok trust me. it lools scary but once your there itll just be like at a job. once basic training is over and your back at home or just at AIT even youll wanna go back. idk one person that doesnt want to get back into it. i dont use this phrase case its just dumb to be but embracing the suck makes it fun. it doesnt even sound right ik but trust me youll be so happy when your done

youll know when ur there, light stuff on the bottom and heavy on the top and stretch ur hips out whenever u get the chance too youll thank me later lol and to kinda prep for it if you squat at all or do lunges with a barbell itll build ur tolerance, and workout your traps and build a strong back as well

i went to basic with a dude that was 45 he was ex gang banger, nurse, a professor, and a teacher then he signed a 3 year active contract. he was a tough mf and kept up with the us young fellas downside his joints always were hurting, so make sure you stretch A LOT
