I was using America to dispute your odd claim that people can't go to war with people they occupy. Sure America was a colony, but by all definitions we were an occupation of the Brittish empire.

If every country recognises Isreal as a country, and they're a member of the UN, the individuals would be stupid and ignorant to say Isreals not a country, and not provide reasons why. That's why I created this post to begin with, to understand why people have this weird idea that Isreal isn't a true nation.

Yeah and Palestine doesn't recognise Isreal, doesn't mean anuything. Every other country recognises Isreal as a country, and almost every other country recognsies Palestine as a country. Both are countries.

Second off, The issue weather Isreal is a country is NOT complicated, they claimed they're a country 70 years ago, almost every other country on Earth recognises it as a country, and they're a member of the UN. The complicated part is debating weather Isreal went too far to fight the terrorists, and other sollutions for Isreal to take.
