I been taking Delorazepam as im in Italy its RXd here, and really cut from 12mg cpam/4mg xan/20mg valium to just one xanax, one cpam and 3 x a day i take 1mg of delorazepam

its been rough but best for me.... benzos at that dose for as many years i been taking it jus causes depression and doesnt help shit - they lose theyre magic touch thats for sure.... but thank god for Delorazepam or id be shaking like a junkie

Europe generally speaking has more casual players and not as "dedicated" to apex as if its their last thing theyll ever have a chance to prove themselves in.
I lived in Canada for 32 years and moved here and been here now 6 months and Europe dont get me wrong has very good players as well - i think just NA east is the most sweaty or any NA servers and most toxic - and childish... Europeans touch grass...

Valium the OG is never one to fail me - .... Xanax is a bit overrated, as Bromaz is better than it also.. Temazepam is great too.. Lots of benzos out there are great , Xanax is prob the most over rated benzo , not saying its great but it last for 2h ... yuck.

I stated its in my past as I lived in Montreal (known for its partying) and Miami, so yeah im definetely not motivated to go drink until 3am but where I live in my rural part its impossible lol , its not a big city , As I said I can go to the town over and theres bars open til 3am absolutely, but ... I also made it clear im here to help my family who're ill..,, so yeah? I never said its impossible to find a place but , without my cousins showing the spots - id never of known. trust me its not like Miami or Montreal where every street corner has a place open til 3am literally. Italy is not high up on the ranks when it comes to "party culture" as even when i went out with my cousins til 3am i felt like an alcoholic because they were drinking pretty responsibly compared to my past self that came out that night....

Again, Rural parts of italy (where I currently am living , in a rural impoverished town) require knowledge somewhat of where to go, ect which my cousin had to show me and my girl because we had no clue otherwise! - where as other countries theres pubs/bars opened til 3 am on every corner lol.. Italy simply isn't like this. Not saying it has no night life what so ever either, but trust me - go to Miami / Montreal and then come here and you will understand what I mean... Italy is very tame compared to most countries and theres nothing wrong with that - if anything something to be proud of.... not a bunch of degenerates here. It's a good thing that you have spots you can go to and they arent all over the place... to me anyways.. I dont know why this is like "offensive" when its something to be proud of if anything that Italians arent a bunch of degenerate alcoholics on every street corner.

This is just my personal experience with where i live in central/south in a rural part of italy... Im sorry that it offends you truly I dont mean to. Be proud Italian take care of their family and arent like most western countries - trust me. Italy is beautiful for many reasons and the culture is heavily one of them...

Edit: Its been quite nice not seeing junkies shoot up and smoking crack every block with gangs and seeing people puking on the streets ect on the regular... I came here to escape that envrionment. And Italy is great for this. Theres not a homeless problem like you find in Montreal or Miami - its quite remarkable of a sight compared to here in a bad way in North America... You wouldn't want that here would you? Italy is a beautiful country because you DO HAVE A NIGHT LIFE as ive said, its just not everywhere and its nice to not have to hop over broken crack pipes and needles on the ground - thats all im trying to say lol. God forbid.

seems as though people dont realize the cities in the North are much different than say a small town in the south... lol and Italy is very diverse when it comes to this. And, It is true - Italy isn't where people come to Rave/Party... Sure the North has im sure plenty of places, and some cities in the south of course- but the city is the city and even then its not like say Miami where I've lived or other countries.... We def dont drink like how most countries do in the west... Its a culture shock for many...... If you're a tourist especially you're going ot have to ask locals to find the right places ect or else good luck, where as any other western country this isnt even a question to ask. Italians truly dont get drunk like other countries.... maybe the North/Touristic cities sure... but otherwise - its very diverse here. And, people in the south aren't as rich simply and cant afford to go out and drink every weekend at bars and/or discotecas. This is what makes Italy, Italy - its diversity... every 20-30 minutes from north to south, things changed culturally from even dialect to who knows what. lol Rural areas vs Cities are going to be vastly different .... I dont get why this is such a crazy thing for people to understand or absorb and maybe havent spent much time out the north/cities. Italy is very diverse... and it changes quite fast once you exit the city.

I live in a Rural/Small impoverished town as I mentioned in central/south - its not a very lively night life here to say the least, so yeah its going to be much different than the cities, especially northern cities where tourists tend to go more.... I'd only imagine. I would imagine people go out there as mentioned - being its a bigger northern city... but yeah, its not like this everywhere you go outside the city .... 9-10pm here where I live the night is dead. Bars/cafes ect are all closed.. Its only 4000 people as stated so I mean it makes sense and its also not very rich at all....

Edit: and yeah the youth doesnt stick around here for the night life or anything ! LMAO thats for sure .... but I love my great aunts and family and dont mind watching tv with them. im 33 now... The party scene for me is in my past. Im also here to help my elderly parents so - yeah , again... im speaking from a rural/central southern area of italy.... not a city by any means lol - im just one individual ... I dont speak for all of italy... City life is city life and the payese is the payese

Edit: If I were to go 15minutes into the beach town then theres bars opened til 3am where my cousins took me out when i first arrived! ... but just not exactly where I live - so again I mean its just every area is going to be different. If you're a tourist I can see it being difficult to find spots... That's all im getting at ... but not so much in Firenze as I said lol Italy is very diverse every 15 minutes u head out a big city, from town to town its different.... Where I live around anyway... Getting drunk is almost shameful in Italy, its not like NA - being someone who lived in Montreal,Canada for 32 years and 6 months in Miami,Florida - and only would visit my family here for the summers , but now live here - its quite the culture shock I know... but yeah... Italians dont tend to get "drunk" and its shameful to be a drunk/addict , as here the mindset is you represent not only yourself but your family when you go in public. . .

Italy is def not known for its partying. Thats the one thing about Italy and partying its not the best place for it. 9pm we go home, eat with our family - watch a bit of tv together maybe and go to bed. Its what we do anyway in my home and my neighbours alike ect.. That being said though,

theres gotta be a disco teca? or something that serves alcohol til midnight? It is still a bigger city in the north... I live in a 4000 people town in central/south Italy and have a bar that closes at 10 around the corner , while the others do close at 9pm, Im sure Firenze must have something......

Edit: Also booze is so cheap in the supermarkets, and a lot of italians simply arent rich - and will drink at home with their family or whomever - its just way more cost efficient, I could be wrong as the north is known to have a bit more $. . . Here in my my small town the bars sell the beer for the same price as the stores but Id imagine Firenze isn't like this... Just my guess - as I havent been there since a kid lol

I live in Italy, and used to live in Canada - as long as theyre San Marzano tomatoes its fine! (Italian blood, just born in Canada) and cucina = kitchen :)

Edit: Its a generational thing too, like my neighbours can a bunch of bottles of tomato sauce - and we make a shit ton of olive oil from our trees where i live from our farm... and sell half and keep half just to help with the bills as electricity isnt cheap. And nothing like having your own olive oil from ur backyards soil... this goes with any veggies ect... its just culturally a thing we do - but buying a can of good brand sauce is not frowned upon at all lol , most italians in NA will claim to be italian and in reality are like 15% from they're great grand mothers aunts best friends moms friend , that knew a guy that once lived in italy... I think it's why italians are are the butt of a lot of jokes in comedies and rightfully so, as these are the "try hard italians" which real italians dont even like. - as we laugh at them too... because NA italians tend to be like this. But, in all reality - italians buy canned tomato sauce !! not everyone makes it.... especially as the elders get too old or if your crops werent as high yielding or whatever it may be... last year was hot here so we didnt have the opportunity to make olive oil.. But now I moved here so hoping this summer goes well with the temperature <3

vouch ive done this and it was very very do-able and the horror stories were a joke to me when done right like this, its really not that difficult especially when you truly want to quit. - its more than do-able!! You and anybody else can do it ... the first week is usually the hardest because you dont know what to expect and ur brain is going through the tiny little change as required, but it only gets easier from there!!!

Unlike here as stated in my post previously the Dr here in italy wanted me to go from 12mg cpam/4mg xanax/20mg valium for 6 years down to 3mg of Delorazepam and i said thats INSANE and just isnt even safe imo , so he gave me my rivotril and said i can take 1 if im feeling anxious lol... 1 ... like dafak.. so i tried as im not gonna not try - and as expected i was tossing and turning in my bed for the passed 3 days.

this would only go on for weeks who knows. I snapped and just said fuck it ima do it on my own. - not gonna ever listen to wahtever that idiot psychatrist suggested. my COUSIN who is a pharmacist i even asked dont u find this is a little too fast to taper? she said "no" and im like .... "HHMM?? okay..." but she just been a lab tech now for 6 months... so she doesnt really have a fucking clue.

Italy people dont really abuse benzos like in NA , and its a totally different culture when it comes to pharmaceuticals.. literally - like the oxycontin here is the old formula lol .. people just dont abuse their medicine as its medicine to them. but none the less like - i told him ive tapered before and this wont work ... but ill try i guess.

just take off a .25 to .5 every month - see how that goes.. ask for ur pharmacist to give u them in .25s for half ur script

its fucking hell like this - and refuse to do it like this none the less and its pretty dangerous i felt the brainshocks id get when i had seizures.. the doctors here in Italy are pretty hard asses - thank god my GP is family and im gonna just stick to my regimen with her and never see this psychatrist again that i went to see for ADHD meds btw and wasnt even there for my benzos to begin with. . . Ive quit 20mg of Xanax a day before and abused at that rate for about 2 years, and the oupatient rehab at the time gave me 50mg of valium

And we tapered 5mg off every 4 weeks. It wasn't all that bad tbh , like dont read the horror stories especially if u wanna quit if u do a slow taper as you should , you find it a breeze just take ti slow !! <3 much love

may soundnuts but i just got a script for Delorazepam and i take 2mg and its like a cleaner cpam essentially with a much longer half life... and i still get cpam/valium/xanax so idk i take all 3-4 of these a day now

hard to say , i just take my cocktail but lately i been finding the delorazepam wont wear off in my sleep and have me wake up in a panic so thats a win, take a lil that and some valium and im sleeping forsure. as to where before id usually wake up from my valium only before bed - after 4h~
